Summer Cocktail Review

Yay! My shelter-in-place summer means it’s time to celebrate with a new (to me!) cocktail!

It’s called a Campari Cocktail and it’s important to present them in colorful glasses on a very cool bar cart. So, think of a great place to entertain outside — maybe in your garden surrounded by flowers and the fresh air? Look online for butler stands or bar carts. I recommend checking out Frontgate, Wayfair, Overstock, Williams Sonoma, West Elm, and even Amazon, because why not?

On your bar cart, have all the essentials needed to make the perfect Campari:

Stylish ice bucket with tongs

Ice cubes (use Tovolo ice trays for cool-looking perfectly square cubes)

Campari

Sanpellegrino Aranciata, an Italian orange soda (any orange soda will work!)

Orange peels (There’s a trick I learned from a friend to make the peels curl. Just Ask!)

How to make a great Campari Cocktail:

Grab a stylish glass from your bar cart.

Pour in 2 parts Campari, then 3 parts soda.

Add a few ice cubes.

Toss in an orange peel, swirl, and take a big swig!

Super easy and super tasty!
