Robin Laub, a Life Stylist

Travel Tip Spotlight

An amazing, memorable trip requires proper research and planning. In fact, I recommend making travel plans for next summer as soon as possible. Trust me, it’s worth it to be prepared. Plus, it’s cheaper to pre-book airfare, hotels and experiences.

Here’s how you can get started:

Organize your thoughts on where you’d like to travel next. Make a bucket list of cities you’d love to see, things you’d like to do and even foods you’d like to try. Depending on the location you select, that will help you discover the best time of year to visit.

Determine if you’ll be traveling with family, friends or by yourself. Are there certain things they’d like to see and do?

Just Ask me, your adventure stylist, to help with the rest! I’m a pro at researching plane fares, hotels and destinations. Then, the real fun begins when it’s time to create an active itinerary.

Quick Tip: One of the websites I use frequently is called, Tiqets. It provides me with information about how to obtain tickets to cultural and entertainment activities in a specific city around the world. All tickets can be ordered from your iPhone or smartphone and is quite convenient. I used this service when I visited Madrid last year and I learned about the Skip the Line process for visiting various museums. It was extraordinary and easy!
