It was going to be a very special holiday party at the deYoung Museum where 75 guests would arrive and have a private tour of the Post Impressionist Masterpieces Exhibit from the Musee d’Orsay in Paris followed by dinner in the Piazonni Murals room. Robin Laub’s charm and expertise turned what would have been a lovely event into a magical experience inspired by her knowledge of Paris and French cuisine. Robin helped bring about the “Starry Night” ambiance and our guests were marveled by the festive décor. C’était une bonne nuit!

Robin Laub accompanied me to New York to assist at one of Chris Ayer’s performances. Robin was instrumental in researching record companies, as well as coordinating the logistics of the event. Thank you so much for assisting me with organizing my closet! I had been putting this off for years and then I read one of your blogs about wardrobe consulting. We accomplished more in four hours than I could have managed in one week! For such an arduous job, Robin made it so much fun!  Less than twenty-four hours later, she shows up with the five essential pairs of shoes that I desperately needed for a long time. I loved all the styles and prices! She’s way more thrifty than I am! I can’t wait for Part II of our “Closet Adventure”.

We had the idea for a parent-teacher BBQ before our Back to School Night, but it was Robin who gave it shape and made it a reality. She organized a dinner for 600 people that went off without a hitch and left everyone in a great mood. After just one year, it is clear; this has to be a tradition.

I am so focused on training my clients that I have no time to organize my own life. That’s where Robin Laub comes in. She organized the most adorable party bags for my 8-year old twins’ birthday party. I gave her a few details of the party theme and she took it from there. The party bags were cute and colorful. Robin helped organize a joint 50th birthday party for my husband and me. She helped us with choosing a wonderful venue, designing invitations, creating fun and clever logos that we could use throughout, to finding a lighting company, florist, party give-aways and much more! Robin Laub as president of the parent association of Menlo School’s Middle School is an exceptionally well-organized, energetic and dedicated leader. She managed and inspired a large organization of parent volunteers. I recently attended a high school graduation luncheon hosted by Robin Laub. It was a beautiful event with flowers created by Robin, personalized menus at each place setting, and a delectable menu. Robin’s organizational skills are impeccable; she booked the private room six months in advance to ensure she had the perfect setting for the luncheon. After attending the luncheon, I hired Robin to create party favors for my ladies-only 50th birthday luncheon. She responded promptly and created fabulous gifts that my guests enjoyed.
