It was going to be a very special holiday party at the deYoung Museum where 75 guests would arrive and have a private tour of the Post Impressionist Masterpieces Exhibit from the Musee d’Orsay in Paris followed by dinner in the Piazonni Murals room. Robin Laub’s charm and expertise turned what would have been a lovely event into a magical experience inspired by her knowledge of Paris and French cuisine. I recently attended a high school graduation luncheon hosted by Robin Laub. It was a beautiful event with flowers created by Robin, personalized menus at each place setting, and a delectable menu. Robin’s organizational skills are impeccable; she booked the private room six months in advance to ensure she had the perfect setting for the luncheon. After attending the luncheon, I hired Robin to create party favors for my ladies-only 50th birthday luncheon. She responded promptly and created fabulous gifts that my guests enjoyed.
