This year, I’d like to focus on wellness in my life. It’s what makes me happy. So, here are some more things I’d like to accomplish this new year. If you missed Part 1 of my 2019 goals list, check it out here.
Goal #6—Continue to enrich my creativity.
I plan to visit art gallery and museum exhibition openings to learn more about emerging women artists in the Bay Area, which will help me stimulate my own creativity.
Goal #7—Get more facials.
I’m scheduling monthly facials with my favorite aesthetician, Gina Barron, owner of Rituals Aesthetic Skin Care and so should you, if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Even if you don’t live in this area, you can order her products online. Self-care is crucial and contributing to the local community is uplifting, too! I’m currently trying a new dietary supplement by GOOP, called GoopGenes which is supposedly a collagen super powder. Try something new this year for your skin!
Goal #8—Be more kind and compassionate.
I’d like to focus on being more conscious and aware of my feelings towards others and accept people for who they are and let them know how important they are in my life. I’ll continue to support various local charities, educational institutions, the arts and the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
Goal #9—Keep providing engaging content to my followers (that’s you!).
I absolutely love writing my blog, The Report, and I enjoy all of your comments and suggestions. When I bump into one of my followers at the grocery store and they tell me how much they love this or that about a blog, it brings the biggest smile to my face. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for reading my blogs. It means a lot. Keep commenting, sharing and suggesting!
Goal #10—Stay active.
I’m going to try and putt 15 minutes every other day and I will continue to dance my heart away! It’s important to go outside of your comfort zone and try something different.
Let’s reflect and grow together this year.
