When it feels like summer, it’s time to summer shop! To help you get ready, I have some new fab finds I’d like to share with you.
For women’s and men’s summer clothes – I can’t tell you how many times I’ve scored great finds at Target like cute sundresses, blazin’ board shorts and more. Then, there’s Marshall’s. Once you carefully scan through the racks, you will undoubtedly find some wonderful summery garments. More recently, I’ve found some amazing designer outfits at Neiman Marcus’ Last Call. If you have ample time, (because you’ll need time and patience to carefully look through the loads of stacked and somewhat disorganized clothes) you are bound to find something fab. With all of the fun and fashionable clothes that come with summer, it’s important to have glowing skin. Since I don’t recommend tanning in the hot sun and subsequently ruining your precious peau (skin in French), I highly recommend this new fab find that I recently purchased and just love! It’s called Nars Body Glow. This body oil gives you just the right amount of beach glow. It contains coconut oil, so the aroma is delicious and smells like summer. It gives you a shimmery-looking tan in minutes for that sun-kissed look! But beware; this product does not contain sunscreen, so be sure to lather up with SPF! Also, remember to exfoliate your skin first to get rid of any dead skin cells and then gently massage on the oil. It’s fast drying and will make your skin feel soft. The crazy thing about this body glow product is that you need to warm up the bottle first in a bowl of water as the special natural ingredients solidify when cooled. This only takes a few minutes and I promise you will not be disappointed. It’s my new summer love! Of course, you can also get a spray tan for a longer-lasting effect. Their accessories are in abundance this summer season. So, if you need a pop of color at your next outdoor summer barbecue, cue up at Pottery Barn! And while you’re at it, pick up a few multi-colored drinking glasses to jazz up the place setting and woo your family and friends.
