So, you’ve been asked to bring an appetizer to a Thanksgiving dinner—but don’t know what to bring? Don’t worry! As your life stylist, I have the perfect recipe for you. This is an oldie but goodie, but I warn you, it’s probably not the most dietetic. Proceed with caution. Ha!
Sun-dried Tomato Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato (marinated in olive oil)
1/2 cup sour cream (I told you this was not low-calorie!)
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (at least there are some fresh herbs in this recipe - ha!)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a food processor.
Serve with pita chips or any type of cracker. If you need help with the presentation, Just Ask!
