The next time you’re visiting Carmel, California I highly suggest you take time to make a wine tasting reservation at Caraccioli Cellars. It’s located right in the heart of Carmel off of the main drag, Ocean Avenue.
At this family-run winery from the Santa Lucia Highlands, I was pleasantly surprised (I’m always pleasantly surprised. Ha!) at how delicious their champagne was. Yum!
They follow la méthode champenoise and their 2015 Brut Cuvée is délicieuse! I was so taken by their champagnes as well as their 2018 Chardonnay that I joined their Caraccioli Sparkling Club.
