So, you have a date coming up and have no idea what to wear. Relax. Dates are supposed to be fun! I can help you feel extra special with the make-up you apply and the clothes you wear.
For me, date night means wearing a slimming dress like a black sleeveless design by Theory. Being petite, I always wear platform sandals so my newly painted toes peek out and say, “Hello!” And to take it up one more notch, I have big lashes either by applying two coats of amazing mascara (try mascara from The BeautyCounter) or false eyelashes applied by an experienced cosmetologist or make-up counter specialist at MAC. Dates are special, so take extra special time to get ready.
Another outfit I like to wear on a date is a pleated skirt. Long or short is great! I love this look because it’s incredibly comfy and fun and fashionable. It also helps if you’re at a “to-die-for” new, chic restaurant and you just have to have a glass (or two) of Rosé champagne and wine with the exquisite appetizers and entrées. With wearing this skirt you won’t see the expansion of your tummy! Ha! Wear a bright red, fuchsia pink or plum glossy lipstick. Pair it all with a simple tank by Wolford and you’ll be as classy and attractive as they come!
And no matter what you wear, don’t forget to put on a stunning pair of earrings! When your date is looking at you from across the table, nothing shouts, “Wow!” more than a glittery pair of baubles on your ears. Or, if you don’t like wearing earrings, wear a pearl choker. Sexy, right?
Also, get a microcurrent facial treatment a day before so your skin is plump, dewy and flawless. Watch my skincare video for more tips.
Remember to apply some concealer under your eyes and color to your shapely eyebrows to make your eyes stand out. My makeup video has more great tips.
Now, you’re good to go! So, go have fun and dazzle the pants off your SO or 1st date friend. Enjoy a date night out looking and feeling your best! If you’d like some fun and fashionable assistance, Just Ask me, your life stylist.
