Get more youthful looking nails


Do your nails snag and tear often? Did you know that you can get wrinkles on your nails? It’s true! They’re called ridges and they’re similar to the wrinkles on your face that can happen with age. :( I recently spoke with a manicurist and she suggested using Essie Ridge Filling Base Coat. This completely changed how my fingertips look now! Try it!

Start eating healthier and exercise more


I’m back eating a Paleo diet with very little sugar. I feel better, my skin looks dewy and my hair is shiny! It’s amazing that what you put into your body comes out in a beautiful healthy way. One tip I have is to drink 1-2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in warm water with a squeeze of lemon to start off your day. It’s a healthy drink that fills my energy tank! 

My favorite healthy tip of all! 
Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Get up and start moving. You’ll see a huge difference in your energy level and state of mind throughout your day. And for even more benefit, practice yoga twice a week, too!
