Welcome to The Report! My first ever blog experience. Let’s see how this goes…
What can I say? I love to cook. I love to entertain. I love to decorate. I love to make people happy. (Oh yea, and I love clothes!) Here I am in the kitchen trying a new recipe (which I tend to do) called, “Four Cheese Baked Skillet Mini Rigs.” Rigs means rigatoni pasta, for those who need to be in “the know!” First may I say, this was out of this world. The four types of cheeses made this the gooiest and tastiest mac-n-cheese ever. I’m a Pinterest junkie and found this recipe while scoping the site. When should you make this, you ask? Anytime you have the urge for some “feel good” food and enjoy with it with an avocado, romaine and salty salad! I’d love to show you how easy it is to prepare so you can be a star at your next dinner party!
The tools that you use in the kitchen are essential to making the food taste incredible. For this gourmet mac-n-cheese, I had to run out and purchase Le Creuset in orange (no doubt my fav color), which is ironically the original color of this cookware. The French just know how to do things right but that’s for another blog...
Enthusiastic energy is what I generate – it made perfect sense for me to share my ideas and inspiration in this blog. And that’s a wrap!
Check back next week from The Report!
xoxo,
P.S. For what it’s worth, the acronym for wrap is…wind, reel and print; an entertainment term.
