Labor Day of Restaurant Love

If you’re planning on winding down your summer with a trip to NYC, I have several restaurants to recommend for the Labor Day weekend.

Carbone

Wowee! This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited! Located in Greenwich Village, get ready for some sophisticated service and impeccable pasta dishes. Again, wowee!

Jack’s Wife Freda

A perfect brunch spot! Sit outdoors or eat inside to enjoy the lively ambience of this bistro. It reminds me of Europe. Be sure to try the Mediterranean breakfast. Yum!

Freds Madison at Barneys

Great lunch place for salads after a successful shopping spree! The salads are large, so share with a friend or even with your college roommate. :)

Vesuvio Bakery

Basically the best chocolate chip cookie around! This very old Soho establishment is a must-try if you like tasting cookies which are a combo of soft and crunchy.

Wild Ink

This is a fun Asian Fusion restaurant in the new Hudson Yards, which overlooks the ginormous Vessel structure. Grab a window seat and have fun Dim Summing! This is a cool place to dine before a concert at the Javits Center.

Prince Street Pizza

Touted for the best pepperoni slice of pizza in the city. But don’t go if you’d like any other type of pizza besides pepperoni in a square. Ha! If you’d like some other NYC pizza spots to try, Just Ask!

Happy Labor Day!
