What’s in Your Travel BackPack?

I just came back from a quick trip to the East Coast. And when I say quick, I mean quick! I left on a Monday and was home in bed by a Wednesday night. Do you know what was in my carry-on backpack to save the day? Read on to find out! And if you need any help finding a great carry-on backpack or other travel essentials, Just Ask!

1.   A Lunya silk eye mask that doesn’t slip off your head!

2.   Soft ear plugs that feel like you’re not wearing anything in your ears and yet they’re soundproof!

3.   A silk pillowcase. That’s right! I covered the pillow that they provided on the flight with a very soft and silky pillowcase by Blissy. I also have one by SLIP and both work luxuriously. The most spectacular reason to pack one? I arrived off the plane with perfect hair and a non-wrinkly face because of its 100% pure mulberry silk! It rolls up perfectly and fits right in the corner of your bag. It’s brilliant and it’s a definite for any long flight. Yes, you can say I’m a princess. However, I look fresh and ready for the day or evening when I land. Ha!

4. A little melatonin never hurts either! I take a 1/4 of a 5mg chewable tablet. I like the strawberry flavored options. (Remember to always check with your doctor first!)

Happy silky sleeping on a long flight!
