When I go to a spa, the first treatment I search for on the menu is whether or not they have a Vichy shower treatment. Vichy what? VICHY SHOWER. A Vichy shower has several shower jets spurting out warm water, which acts like a water massage. I usually get a salt scrub first and then get the salt washed away by the Vichy shower.
